How are your products made?
Every Hill Country Hearth Co. product is made by hand in small batches in Dripping Springs, Texas.
What ingredients do you use?
We keep our formulas intentionally simple, using ingredients such as pure beeswax, grass-fed beef tallow, jojoba oil, vitamin E, essential oils, and botanical extracts. You can find the complete ingredient list on each product page.
Do you use synthetic fragrance oils?
No. We don't use synthetic fragrance oils in our products. When scent is added, we use thoughtfully chosen essential oils and botanical extracts. We also offer unscented options for those who prefer them.
Why do you use grass-fed tallow?
Tallow creates a rich, deeply moisturizing balm with a beautifully simple ingredient list. We pair grass-fed beef tallow with ingredients such as jojoba oil and beeswax to create nourishing, protective balms for everyday use.
Why do you use beeswax in your candles?
We love beeswax for its naturally subtle, honeyed aroma, beautiful golden color, and slow-burning character. Our candles are made with 100% pure beeswax rather than conventional candle waxes.
Are your products scented?
We offer both unscented and naturally scented options. When scent is added, we use essential oils and botanical extracts rather than synthetic fragrance oils. Available varieties are listed on each product page.
