Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Hill Country Hearth Co. products. Because our body care products are handcrafted personal-use items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used tallow balms or lip balms.

Unused and unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us before returning an item so we can help with your request.

If an order you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
